Tac doesnt work and wont idle

I have a 01 dodge with auto trans that i put a 99 model motor in i had to change cam for one with tone ring for cam sensor but the tac still dont work and it wont idle but runs fine if u give it fuel

Adjust your apps sensor sounds like its off a bit
