Default 2009 cummins

here's the problem. First start up when it's cold and cold out the voltmeter goes from 14 to about 9 and then back up and it does it several times. But after running for awhile it doesn't do it, most noticeable with heater motor on or headlights.

Default No Problem

Nothing better than No Problem. Never owned a Dodge Truck before or a Cummins so I guess I have a learning curve to overcome. Thanks

Default I think you will like it

They are strong reliable trucks and the Cummins is by far the best engine you can buy..I'm not a young man,i have owned 8 ford diesel trucks prior to my Dodge...I will never own another ford...

Yep I owned a 02 F350 and a 99 F250 both with 7.3's and both were great trucks. Had a lot of miles and decided to give the cummins a try. Always thought a F350 with a Cummins and an Allison trans would be a great combo. Hope I have as good of luck, I to have a lot of grey and don't shoot my vehicles around, I know what it can do and don't have to prove it. LOL
