500 HP with no tuner????

is it possible to make around 500 HP with no tuner? if it is im kicking around doing a no electronic tuner built truck. Opinions???

NOPE! Get a 12v if you want all mechanical upgrades! Need to control the fuel air and on a electronic controlled engine that's the only way.
