Looking for a little help please ,I am thinking of buying this truck and it would be my first diesel
I've been looking for a while , short and sweet I drove it today very quite running diesel ,I was very surprised I was expecting it to be loud it drives very nice unlike most Fords I've drove ,
it has a chip do not know the make , K&N cold air intake , and I think he said an aftermarket
injector module , the over head digital meter say's 23.8 mpg i don't know if its true but of course the salesman says its good , he also says he's been driving it if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated thanks. P.S. that is the truck in the link.

 

Id work him "dealer" a lil bit more and have him throw in a complete detail job. Do an hour check against the miles, and scan tool it. Then Id say go for it. Throw the rest of your funds in Trans upgrades.

 

15K OTD Build the tranny and do the upgrades to fuel, exhuast, and dump the K&N Junk!
What is a injector module?? None on these trucks! Injectors yes CP3 Yes Module NO

 

Save your money, and try to find you an 06.
