Hard spot in throttle then will not shift from 1 to 2 gear wtf !

I have a 99 3500 with the edge juice with attitude 4 " pipes , also k&n air in take . My problem is with my throttle the transmission will shift fine in till you hit half peddle then it reves up to 28 -3 k before it shifts to second gear . I'm not shore if it is the injector pump or the T.P.S sensor , I had an issue with the T.P.S sensor when I bought the truck it couldn't make up its mind what gear to be in at 40 mph or so . I'm stumped !

Also I want to put a lift pump on . Which air dog should I go with ?
