Ok guys, I have an 06 with a new set of dragonfly nozels and a new phat shaft turbo with efi. My problem is the excessive smoke even with the dsp switch on 1 (stock) . Im not loosing boost, the injector bodies are new and rail pressure is good. All injectors balance good and kill test shows everything is working properly. I bought the truck with 75hp nozzles and a s366. Any help is appreciated.
P.s. I also have poor mpg. 12-14 empty.

 

Yeah the EFI needs to be fixed to much timing, pressure or duration. Ask the guy who wrote the program to fix it! Let him know when and where it's happening.

 

Today I did some data logging. Keeping fingers crossed that this gets taken care of Monday. My only problem is when I talked to the man who wrote the program hes informed me that it should not smoke but maybe a haze at wot.
