Default Bd super b r700 twin

Is this a good towing set up? Does it spool quick in lower rpm's?

That's not a bad setup.
What kind of trailer are you going to tow?
I'm deciding on a compound towing setup also.
I think I may be going with the stock turbo on my truck as the secondary and maybe go with the s400 as the primary.
And sometimes when you post a question you'll have to be patient until someone chimes in.

I haul tobacco around this time a year. Around 15,000lbs a load. Around 8,000 on occasion through out the spring summer and fall. I ended up buying the bd towing twins, bd intercooler, and bd manifold.
