Default Egts warmer

I have a 1998 dodge ram with 12v in it it was running good for the hole time I have had the truck and all the sudden one day the egts were like the same as if I was towing about 9k , I can still build 35psi , it runs perfect so I don't know if it could be an injector, it idles at 300 degrees still , what are your guys thoughts on this. I got new intercooler boots coming cuz there is a tear on the first layer of rubber on a boot so I'm gunna be replacing those anyway

Like highway speeds or just getting into it like half throttle to get to speed it will hit 800 instead of 600, whatever happened happened without one day . All the sudden it started doing it, I was thinking injector but it doesn't smoke white and it idles smooth as it always has , something's not right , boost leak or faulty injector are all it could be correct me if I'm wrong, if timing slipped enough to do that it would start and idle different right

If you slipped tim you would know for sure ... would be a real B to start and woiuld most likley smoke white and then black/grey...

if you have a full tank ... toss in a full quart of Dextron ATF ... and get those boots replaced ... the atf will help clean out the junk in injectors and lube up pump .. been doing this no for about 5 years .... took my ford apart and couldnt beleive how clean the heads and cylinders were .... and I picked up 1.5 in the ford and 1 in the dodge .... MPG is everything... and this new ULSD ... we need all the lube we can get into the pumps... and it burns clean as well
