Ball joint problem.

Has anyone ever greased their upper ball joint and it pushed out of the housing? Mine did yesterday about a quarter inch. It is a Moog part with 10k on it. I am hoping the housing is not messed up.

You can blow the seal and damage the rubber boot by over-greasing. At that point you would either want to replace them or grease them frequently to push out any moisture that gets in.
