Default I need help!

Guys I need some major help. My 2005 6.0 powerstroke has been in the shop for about a month now, I hail RV trailers around the country and rack up miles. Basically everything has been replaced on the truck so it's "new" I took it in recently for an issue due to smoking (I take it into my local fleet and repair shop who specialize in diesel and do an amazing job) they fixed it and now at idle it smokes white, and when you go to take off, it has terrible lag and won't go like it should, then it will take off once it starts to roll. Ford was no f****** help at all. And that made me mad. Everything has been ripped off and checked. Even the injectors replaced to see if that caused it and it didnt. So I'm looking for some input from anyone to see if any ideas have been overlooked.

Thanks alot guys.

what has been done to the truck? Have you deleted the EGR, I hope so if you do a lot of hauling. Do you still have stock head bolts? what does the smoke smell like? does it smell like coolant- kind of sweet smelling? or does it smell like fuel and burn your eyes?
