I have a 2007 Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins I replaced my #2 injector solenoid and now my truck wont start. It cranks over just fine, I have fuel going to all 6 injectors, checked all my wiring, connections, and circuits but can't find the problem. Has anyone had something like this happen to them or any idea why it wouldn't start? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

While on a road trip four hours from home mine did the same thing. Stopped at the parts store, went out side tried to start the truck and nothing. It cranked over and over fuel to all the lines. Long story short got the truck home threw it on the computer cleared body codes started right up. As far as codes i cant remember what the were. My chip cleared all the codes and nothing. But the snap on modis cleared all codes and it started.

 

Why did you replace the solenoid in the first place?
My brother has a Bosch fuel shop and has the Bosch tool package to reman these injectors and there are 7 different shim setting in the top half of those injectors and they only function properly ( if they are right to begin with) depending on the torque down for that solenoid cap. Did you lift the armature out of the body when you replaced the solenoid? If you did there are 2 really tiny parts in there that may have fallen out and if they did you will get straight return on your fuel from that injector.
