Possible new to me Cummins

Hey all
I have 2006 gmc 3500 diesel srw
I'm looking into a dually and dually
And I seen 2004 dodge lbcc the add said
Dual turbo 100 hp injectors programmer
And claims to make 600 hp.the dealer is telling me
The transmission has been upgraded. What should I be looking at
To make sure this is a good rig? How many ponys can a 5.9 make before
It breaks?my duramax is good truck just thinking about change*4" Lift
* After Market Twin Turbos
*4" Cold Air Intake
*4" Dual Exhaust
*100 Hp Injectors
*2 Piece High Output Manifold
*Programmer

Most folks, including me, don't like to buy modified trucks. The main reason IMO is you don't know whether or not the person did the work correctly.

Try to get some more info; like the turbo sizes, brands of installed parts, and just take a look around the pickup, check for rigged up installs and other things like that. With the correct supporting mods a Cummins can handle a lot of power, up into the quad digits....
