Default HX35W Swap

I pulled an HX35W off a motor we have in the yard and threw it on my 92 since the lower neck on the H1 was broken from the wreck.

Is there any significant hp difference with the HX35? And what should i do with the boost elbow on it? Just plug it and keep the existing boost line from the wastgate to the intake?

you have more horsepower potential depending on your mods and get more boost. The hx35 would spool up faster than a H1C

Faster spool, more air flow, more restrictive on the top end but the increased air flow will probably result in lower EGT's anyways.
