any issues with this year truck it's 06 5.9 cummins with 128,000 miles on two 8ft box truck looking to tow a goose neck horse trailer with it , so any help would be good i already tow with my 03 cummins just seeing if there is any known issue with year truck ??

towed with an 06 for eighty thousand miles no issues. just keep it maintained.

 

There is a tach issue but its easily fixed. I would upgrade the steering to 08.5' steering setup. Ball joints will be bad. But that's about it. Put a 2 mic fuel filter before the cp3 and you will be good.

 

With some minor maint and tlc is will be fine
