Default Brake Question

So I put new front calipers and pads on my truck yesterday the pedal feels better but it still has a bit of free play and it will stiffen up if i pump the pedal as i come to a stop. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks

Yep bleed it some more.

Make sure the rears are adjusted up too, they will make the pedal low if they're out of adjustment.
