I found an 06 crew cab long box dually 6spd 4x4 with a 9 foot fisher plow. The truck has high miles 233000 but has mostly been rebuilt(see parts list). The price is 14,500 the truck is a friend of mines and is moving into getting a tractor for his hotshot company. I personally know the truck never beaten on but was used for the purpose of being a truck. I even have been doing some of the work on the truck. Its dependable just came home from doing a 3k mile venture in middle east coast to mid west and back up to New England last week. As far as the plow was never used so the front end is not hammered. I just want a opinion of a person on the situation if its a good buy should i look on.

Parts list:
Complete engine rebuild (15k ago)
New CP3 pump(8k ago)
Both axles rebuilt at about 180k
New cluth and tranny (30k ago)
Rebuilt drive shaft 2 days old
Brand new ac condenser today

 

So has a plow but never been used and you live in new england?

Yea well its kinda of a bitch to plow with something that long and being a stick it unless you did parking lots. I used it one day to plow out my grandma's because my truck broke down and all i jave to say is it will move snow like a bull dozer but try turning it around is a joke. Other then the day i used it i think it maybe had the plow on one other storm for 2 drive ways.

 

Well i bought it guess im part of the dark side now.
