I was driving along today and hit a bump and the whole truck started shaking like it was having some kind if insane fit.. I had my window down two inches and it was slamming open and ****. It feels like the right front tire starts hopping like a rabbit on meth until I slow down to about 30 MPH (which pisses ppl off on the highway) It's a 1999 3500 Sport with damn near 300 K on it.. I'm afraid something might break loose if this keeps happening.. Plus it's hard to keep it on the road.. I'm tired of my stuff flying all over the cap.. What is happening?!?

 

I would start grabbing the parts for the steering asembly and see if something is loose.Or possably a bad shock.
I've got a rt. front hop on my truck to i'm trying to figure out.

 

x2... Start checking/replacing all Ball joints, tie rods, and track bar.

 

Wow, glad ya didnt wipe out bro. Sounds like your front end is in dire need of some serious attention...........

 

Replace the stabilizer shock.. And the track bar.. When you turned the steering wheel the whole damn axle would move from side to side about an inch! It fell apart when I took it off.. "I shouldn't be alive".. LoL

I installed a dual steering stabilizer on mine . Works great now . Scared the ... out of me the first time it shook though
