Default Purchased a 1994 7.3 L

I just purchased a 1994 Ford F250 7.3 Turbo diesel with 145,000 miles on it. The injectors were replaced but the glow plugs were not. When do you think I should replace the glow plugs and is there anything else that I have to worry about going wrong with the truck in the near future other than little minor issues?

Hard to believe the sticks are new and not replacing the GP's, since they come out to do the sticks. Are they stock sticks or stage 1's? You can check the resistance of the plugs from the valve cover gasket plugs. Ohm them out there. Good ones are from 0.5 - 2.0 ohms.
