Default built 48re help

i have a built 48re that came out of an 04 and is now in my 05. i did the tv motor bracket kit and adjusted the valve body. the problem is that only the first time after start up. it sticks in first long and will throw the code output speed sensor. i have changed out the sensor. nothing. thinking possibly gov pressure solenoid and transducer. but they are already the borg hd units? anybody have any ideas?

I bought it used off a guy from a forum about a year ago. Not sure who built it though it wasn't a big name. Been an awesome trans so far.

Call up Jeff Garmon, explain to him what is happening and he can probably diagnose it properly over the phone, and set you up with the parts needed to fix it.

Finally figured it out... the wires were loose on the output speed sensor.
