honeing

what is a good hone to use for my 00 cummins? im in the process of rebuilding my motor and need to hone it. is there anything i need to worry about when i hone it?

Is this a fresh rebore or are you replacing the pistons in rings in the stock bore. If you are using the stock bore, I like a bead hone. Just to brake the glaze and put the proper cross hatch into the cylinder.
