I have a 99 Cummins and the problem I am haveing happens when I am driveing around 50 or 60 mph then I go to accelerate when truck nears 2000 rpm it starts cutting out or when u stomp it at the same speed i have a fass 150hd edge juice with attitude cs smarty s03 on level 4 and 150 injectors and a cat 60mm turbo and the problem only occures when my edge is turned on any level when on 0 with just my smarty on 4 it runs fine need help asap

 

take out the smarty and see how the edge runs on levels 1-5, could be the chip malfunctioning and messing with the VP44

 

Just curious what is your FP Doing while this is happening

 

Fuel pressure is staying at 16 psi the whole time it does the same thing with the smarty off turn it to stock on edge and it doesn't do it

 

Did you get any codes to pop? Or had any previously leading up to this. History of problems?
