Up to you. Does Ford even have new heads, or are they all remans? Ford's run about $1k per side, but come with springs/valves everything installed already. I've heard a few guys having luck with Odessa Cylinder Heads too. As long as they're straight and not cracked, shouldn't matter if they're new or remans.
