Gov spring and fuel pin..truck wont start still!!

I have fuel getting to 5 of 6 injectors but i have no idea how much pressure i have. Shouldnt my truck start up though...please give me any suggestions u may have.

Sounds to me that your throttle index is off. There is a notch ontop of the index shaft. That should be lined up with the 2nd line on the index plate. Hope that helps
