My truck 97 7.3 when I go down the road it seem like she's sluggish then I put her to the floor she has a nice jerk do I have a dead cylinder?!

 

Not trying to be an *** but check your oil level I had same problem and my oil was low

 

Oil is good all fluids are

 

With the info given, all we can do is guess... More info like does it happen all the time, how long since oil changed, have you ensured fuel pressure and clean fuel, how many miles... I could go on and on but you should get the picture here...

 

It just started doing it oil is fresh and filter is as well when I drive down the highway it seems to be okay then u get to a stop light and it just bogs on take off till you rev it up to get the bugs out it seems to shake lots at idle unless I have it on high idle, as for fuel I running the same I have for half a year now never had problems with fuel
