i have 7.3 idi na in a 92 ford f250 and no electrical no locks horn lights start nothing any ideas guy and gals m lost the wires seem alright

Corrosion on battery terminals bad ground, blown fuses, bad batteries. All that good? Main power cable to starter you have 12 volts there ?
