Default lifted or not

hey guys just trying to figure out if my truck has stock lift. Rear blocks look big and it sits on 37s and has a leveling kit just dont know how much. And how to figure it out any input thanks.

It looks like the truck sits a little bit higher in the rear. So if it has a spacer in the front, then Im sure the rear has been changed

how can i find out i was thinking a level kit was to level with the rear.

definately lifted... mine don't have that much fendergap with my 35"s

That's pretty much how mine sits with 33's and no leveling kit.
