Default Blow by i think?

Well i noticed a few drips of oil under my truck in my driveway. Ita coming out of a tube on the front driver side of the motor about a half inch in diameter. Truck sits on a incline in my drive. Whats this mean? Rebuild time? Blow up?

You don't have nothing to worry about
Now if you had a puffing sound and could feel it coming out of the oil filler cap, its time to worry about serious blow by
