Default Edge Fuel Pressure

OK. So I'm tryin' to get this edge insight digital gauges ( only, no chip, no attitude ) installed.
Confused as to where to mount the electric fuel pressure sender. I've read thread upon thread saying it should go at the VP44, but I noticed Geno's has an installation instruction for mounting it atop the fuel filter canister??? Do I need this snubber set-up with an electric gauge? Tapped banjo?
I'm stock with the exception of I have a Fass DDRP remotely mounted on the frame and the OEM lift pump has been removed.
Here's a couple of pix showing the lines on my VP44. If someone has pix of a preferred installation, any help would be appreciated.

Thanx all,

SD

Place the sender at the inlet of the VP. You don't have to have one but it can help. I run my Edge without one.

Don't have to have a snubber valve. The rear banjo bolt (one closest to the filter housing) is the inlet. http://articles.mopar1973man.com/2nd...overflow-valve

I would also recommend at least upgrading your fuel line from the filter to the VP, it would be best to upgrade the entire fuel line to 1/2" as well.

This also has a tap for an 1/8 npt for fuel pressure hook up. Universal Big Line Filter to Injection Pump Kit w/ fuel pressure access
