Default More power!!!!

Hey guys, I have an 06 F350 4x4 dually that came with a boat anker better known as a 6.0 powerstroke. My truck made it to 105k and the motor locked up. Naturally Ford wouldn't fix it ( all the while agreeing that it was junk ). So, I bit the bullet and did the following. 94 12valve cummins conversion kit, .40 over, stage 3 injectors, 64mm Phat Shaft turbo, fuel plates, transmission rebuild with bullet prove low stall converter, hardened input shaft and shift kit. 10" lift with 22.5 Alcoas and 6" straight exhaust.
What else can we do to get more power for little money, as my bank account and wife's patience are dwindling.

Get rid of the lift and over-sized wheels and tires....You gain hp and get paid when you sell the lift, wheels, and tires....

I agree but done gone to far to go back now .
I have changed the ring and pinions from 4.11 to 5.88's so we will be good as far as ratio power/torque. Thanks for the thought though.

I had a certified cummins mechanic, who is a buddy of a buddy, come over and tweak the timing. I wanta say 3 degrees. He also put the hot rod plates in the pump as well, set wide open. I should let everyone know, iv not even started the motor yet. Iv tried to upload pics but have been unsuccessful. The motor, tranny, transfer, drive lines and 6" exhaust are all bolted up. Valve covers and air horn polished, airconditioner lines, fuel lines, trans hoses and steering pump lines are fabbed and on as well but still have to finish my steering column u joints and buy new billet radiator and intercooler.

So the 4ks 60lb springs really help? How much $$$ ?
Brand etc? Should I purchase new cables for the pump? I heard that they wear alot causing you to lose travel at the pedal, when you gotter WIDE OPEN.

I can't figure out how to get these pics attached

It can't hurt to replace the cables. Far as brands to get check out what our vendors have to offer and do some research. That is the best way IMO, everybody will have their preferred brand but that doesn't mean it is the best bang for your buck.
