Installed Gauges, Truck will not Start now
Oddly as it sounds that is what has happened. I installed a set of ISSPRO EV1 gauges today pyro, fuel, boost. After install truck will not start, it turns over but will not start. Cracked a line at fuel filter tried to start no fuel came out of fuel filter. Can somebody please tell me what is going on.
Sounds like no fuel pressure at all. Cab yoy hear your lift pump running? If so id crack injector lines til ypu get flow, then try. Dont crank for more than 10 sec. Intervals.

is it possible for enough air to get into the fuel system while changing the banjo bolt for the fuel pressure gauge that it would have to be primed???

What is the best way to prime the system? Only way i know of is cracking fuel injector line 1,3,5.
That or take the line going from fuel bowl to the injection pump and lossen that banjo bolt and bump the starter until you get a cpnstant flow of fuel not a drizzle constant flow then tighten that back up hop in the truck and fire it up

Just make sure you double check all your connections on your fuel pressure line, especially around the isolator. youll probably have to crank a lot longer than you think. i had to recharge my battery once when i added my FASS in.
