Hey everyone im asking for a little help, check engine light came on so i checked with my smarty jr and came up with a PD421 and i can't seem to cross reference it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Did you look at code PO421 instead of PD? It's the warm up catalyst below efficiency threshold.

 

I cleared the code and ran the truck a good bit and the check engine light has stayed off. I checked again and the code is correct but it seems to be very uncommon just my luck, the only thing i can figure is it had set for about 2weeks and the temp dipped pretty good and messed with it. I also have some corrosion on my batt cables just haven't had time to clean them so that could be part of my issue as well.

 

Dang weak battery will get everything off. Hopefully that's all it is.
