hi hows it going all in need of advice my 99 cummins 4x4 gave me a code p1762 which is a low voltage to th govoner pressure sensor well i had it in the shop for a ac problem and they told me the engine harness is looking rough and thers a short some were in the harness could that be causing my problem or should i look into a pcm or the govoner pressure sensor and silanoid????????
