hey guys my passenger side window rolls up ok until about 3" from the top then it gets really lazy and doesn't want to go up the rest of the way. any ideas?

Did you find the problem? I had the exact same thing happen to me, window motor started to bog down when it was about 3" from the top and it would sometimes not even close. A buddy and I pulled the door panel off and couldnt find anything wrong. The window seemed to get kinked near the top so we shimmed the front out with some zip ties by sliding a couple into the front seal where the window rides in and sure enough it worked! Rolls up fine now.
