I am wondering how much it will cost me to get my truck up to 500 horsepower and not have to worry about anything breaking. I have a lot of the basic stuff done headgaskets, arp headstuds, full egr delete , exhaust.

 

Should be able to get there (or at least close) with a Powermax and I'd say some 175 sticks

 

buy an mtw hybrid or stage 2 and run good custom tunes and a ficm tune, that will put you at 485-490 safe

MTW stage 2, SCT custom tunes, FICM tune, and some water/meth should put you just over 500hp.

Cheapest... get a custom nitrous tune, and a big ol blue bottle. You'll get there no problem. Obviously it's a temporary 500hp, but it should come close. Otherwise I'd be doing 175/75's like suggested and a hybrid or a stage 2 MTW.
