hey all, ive got a 1990 f250 xlt lariat ext cab, long box with the zf 5 speed behind it. It is 4x4, has 4:10 gears, custom drive shafts, and 35 inch tires. Its got a 4 inch suspension lift, and 7.3 non turbo idi. Ive recently aquired a 1997 cummins with 225000 miles on it. The Cummins came out of ram 3500 with the nv4500 behind it. I have the intercooler from the dodge, but my radiator has the x brace so i need to find a different rad. May need to even get diff intercooler or fab mounts for it. What would be best? I have got the conversion guide from fordcummins and was thinking about getting the adapter plate, manifold and conversion kit from them. This is my first time doing this conversion but i am planning on going to school for diesel mechanics so i thought this would be a good place to start. Experienced help would be greatly appreciated, and once again thanks!
