Idle Glitch

My 2002 dodge cummins runs good when im driving but at idle it has almost like a glitch. i am thinking timing but idk.

does it come and go, and does the tach bounce around? almost like its missing a beat. if so you most likely have an injector misfire. wont hurt anything, you'll just have a screwy idle on and off.
