P-Pump Question on a CA Version

P-Pump Question on a CA Version
Is the Ppump on a California Version 96 - 98 Manual Cummins actually a 180HP pump, or a de-tuned 215HP pump? I'm curious, because I will be buying a 5 speed truck soon, but I want the 180HP pump design, since the 215HP pump has the notched barrels to retard timing at full rack travel.

No input from anyone on this? Would anyone be able to check their serials and help this thread out??
Im only wondering because if the CA Manual trucks just have a de-tuned 215HP Pump, and the barrels are the same with the notching to retard the timing, then I will open my options of buying out of state. But I would rather have the 180HP Pump so the timing doesn't retard.
