Meth/Water Control

Does anyone know how meth/water should injection should be controlled? It looks like basic kits are just enabled at a specific boost threshold - spraying a relatively constant volume, independent of boost, rpm, etc.

I was thinking about making a digital proportional control system - modifying pump speed depending on boost (and/or other sensory data).

Anyone know if the Cooling Mist pump can be controlled via PWM signal, or would a digital potentiometer be better (just adjusting voltage to the pump)?

Thanks guys - I hope I have this in the right section.

Another setup I was thinking about was a 2 or 3 stage system. Using one pressure switch and selenoid per injector, you could set up each injector to activate at a different boost pressure. For example, run 3 small injectors, activate the first @ 5 psi, second @ 12 psi, and the third at 18 psi. This seems like it would be a cheap and easy upgrade from the basic one stage kits.

what about using a mosfet with the gate driven by the injector pulses. that way the more fuel being injected the more water is injected?

Not a bad idea. One reason I like the boost referenced setup is that with more boost pressure there will be less relative water pressure, so the pump could be given more power to maintain relative water pressure (and vice-versa). Also, I believe boost pressure is a pretty good indicator of load and fuel delivery - but I'm no expert...
