LBZ on LSD?

I know all trucks manufactured 2007 and newer are designed to run on ULSD (ultra low sulfur diesel), but does that mean you CANT run LSD (low sulfur diesel) through them? and if so is it because of the DPF tubes?
I have a 07 classic duramax with the LBZ engine (no DPF) and im wondering if LSD will have any adverse effects?

also, been readin a few threads thinkin about runnin 2 cycle oil, sounds like generic walmart is ok, but whats a good mixture for a lbz?

If you find LSD let me know, last time I checked stations only offered ULSD, and 2 Cycle oil will most likely not help out your duramax, it uses a CP3 injection system so it's not really necessary however if you had a VP44 injected cummins it would be a great idea to run 2 stroke

if you were to tun any u dont need much at all 200:1 ratio

oh i see, so the 2 stroke oil is to lubricate the rotary type injection pump and wont do much of anything for a common rail setup?
As far as the fuel, i have a friend that works at a big-rig repair shop and was given some fuel out of one of their holding tanks. its NOT red dyed but other than that hes knows nothing about it, so i was just covering my bases before i put it in my tank.
so i guess i can just assume its ulsd if it's clear-greenish highway diesel?

the pump today are designed to run with ulsd anyway. so in their minds you would be alright

ok thanks a lot for the advise
might try a little in the next tank just to see if it does anything, but i wont hold my breath
