Filtering for different Bio-fuels..

Looking into making a CHEAP homebrew Bio-diesel setup, not necessarily looking to stay just with one fuel all the time, may switch it up from ATF, WMO, WVO etc..is there any sort of home-made pump/filtering devices that may be better than any-other? I plan to make everything myself ( other than the cheap, easy things) but what is the best for the price? I looked at the centrifuge concept on the other post but wondered what sort of filtration can you get with that? Or is that meant for more seperation of larger particles in the waste oil categories? Haven't done much looking into it so far, ideas just started brewin' in the brain....Also read the article in DP mag about the guy using 90%ATF and 10% diesel in his 7.3PSD excursion...

I did a ggogle search and any sort of fuel filter never showed up, can you post a link? My friend and I are using used trans fluid and veggie oil but after some problems we are looking for an inexpensive filter system.
