Kubota v1100 won't start
 

This was and is a non running engine. I replaced a cracked head after the prior user had overheated the engine. New glow plugs, tested the injectors they popped off within range and will not start. Checked lash on valves several times and bleed injectors also several times just white smoke. Did the rings possibly lose tension?
