Will the 2001 7.3l diesel run with the wastegate disabled (and without causing damage)?

Which programmable chip is the best for multiple uses (power, general use, mileage)?

No unless you push it past 30psi

A custom tuned TS 6pos chip is the best. Tuned by who? That's up to you.
