headers?

anyone put some on? any modification you have to do to get them to fit? did it help with anything mpg, power, etc..? did it sound different?

Lange503 03-10-2011 04:15 PM

anybody?? :pca1:

I don't have them. They sound different.

Other than that, I don't know much about them. IMO, they are expensive and unnecessary until you get into real high horsepower situations.

i figured 500 was considered "high" atleast it is to me lol

500 is definitely strong, but nothing that stock manifolds can't handle.

Save your money...

Diezel Dawg 03-11-2011 01:55 PM

Waste of money unless very very HIGH HP

There's a sound clip online,
, I do like the sound. As far as performance, nothing really, and that was told to me from a guy who's getting 1,000HP+ in his stroker, he has them for "sh*ts n giggles" as he stated. If this is your goal,
, then get them if you wish...keep in mind Brian likes to keep it simple...those numbers are with a single turbo.

ok thanks guys, it does make the truck sound pretty sweet, but, i can spend that money else where
