Got to love Water injection...
Watch the EGT's go DOWN while accelerating... LOL:tu: |
Is that yours? I can not really see what is going on but taking video at night while driving is tough. I have been thinking about water/meth injection do you get more power out of it as well?
Looks like you are local, I am just in Hillsboro. |

Looks like you are local, I am just in Hillsboro. I live in bend but I am in AZ right now... if you watch the EGT's you can see them peak at 1000* and then start going back down from there to about 800*. Its one of the best mods I did. |

The gauge on the dash is the water injection pressure... 0-180psi, the pump puts out 250psi when full on, I was only making about 14-15psi at that point, was just showing how the water can maintain or drop EGT's more then anything. My boost gauges are 0-60, I max out at about 54psi... |
my cousin has one on his 03 7.3 and he was scared when he first bought the truck cause he didnt know what that was, he doesnt have a gauge on his, do you need a gauge on em?

|
Cooling mist... Much better kits, controlers, pumps and injectors... MUCH.
I have run both and prefer the cooling mist by far. I run water 90% of the time. |
hmm i was considering water injection but what about in the winter? water freezes here. current temperature 26 degrees
