Stage 1 injector rebuild from rosewood
I just bought a 1995 f250 with 230k on it for 3500 bucks. It's been sitting for about 5 years as the owner bought a new truck 5 years back. It hasn't been ran much in those dive years. The guy is the original owner. It's a 5 speed 4x4 out of Texas. It seemed a little sluggish when I test drove it. I figured maybe bad fuel and oil so I will be doing a system drain and change. But I was reading about rebuilding the injectors well I have the lines off. I was wondering if having rosewood rebuild them to stage ones was actually a deal or if it is to good to be true. Would it be a mistake or should I just plan on getting brand new ones? I don't have the money for new ones right now thats why I am asking about the rosewood budget build stage ones.thanks alot any feed back would be great!

Jim does nice work. id go 160 80's though

rosewood builds a quality injector but i might also step up to a stage 2 but if your just wanting a little bump in power the stage 1 is nice.

I plan on putting a chip and intake along with a 3 inch down pipe and exhaust on it. would i see gains from stage ones with that? And i know a guy with the identical truck that totaled it and has a tc with wildman tunes, would i be able to take it off his and run it in mine without remapping it or resetting it?

if its the same PCM code then yes
|
should be 4bank tuning so if it came out of a 94-97 with the same transmission then it should work! compare dpc codes on the PCM in the 2 trucks and if the DPC code matches it should work.
