Diesel Bombers - Timing spec's?

Where should the timing be set on a 92 idi without a turbo?
How about my 86 6.9 without a turbo? is it the same?
How about both with a turbo? Is that a different setting? Or is there one setting that cover them all?

Na motor is 8.5
Turbo is 9.5
