Ok guys i got one of those questions again:scare2:. I'm on the internet pretty much all the time cause theres only 3 of us in a ghost town school and we get very bored lol so I do alot of online reading and lookin around:dang:. But I was thinkin could you use a powerstroke compresser wheel and put it on the factory turbo... Or maybe even give the factory wheel a different pitch without breaking it. Anyone ever thought of this before???:w2:

Btw: anyone know what the turbo specs are on the IDI garretts...:humm:

I've ran across one guy who put a different wheel in his turbo, but he's still not happy with it. The main problem seems to be that everyone who has money to experiment would rather put the money into a newer truck. The IDI is the poor mans diesel, so not much high dollar experimentation really gets done on them. Have you checked out oilburners.net, there were some recent threads about this subject. Look for David85 as he is the one who changed his turbo wheel and seems to be fairly knowledgeable on the subject.

I can defintatly agree with that matter. And for oilburners it will not let me look at threads or talk to someone. I figured it could be cause my account was inactive for a while or something so I got a different account and it still wont let me. Do I have to contact a administartor? Oh ya there saying everything is private!

I think when you join it has to be approved by an administrator. I think it took about a day or two before I was allowed in. :humm:
