only thing i see with them tires is they are squinty tires(made in china, japan, ect). so far i have not found any good tires from oversees cept for yokohama. i would steer clear and get a decent set of good tires, expecially for the steers. dont want a steer tire blowing out.

If I was hauling very heavy loads then I would surely want to get the best tires, but I'm not. |

The ply refers to the side wall rating. The thicker the side walls the stiffer the ride and the more the tires are rated for. I would shy away form 10 ply unless you need them.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- I buy used tires and save a shitload of money. ESPECIALLY on trailer tires. |
like dieselcrawler said buy good steer tires, i blew out a bfgoodrich front tire at about 60 mph and totaled the truck.

I run treadwright retreads. Read the testimonials. They have stood up to alot of abuse and wear. They are well made and are used on alot of heavy vehicles. I've had current set for a year now and they are running and lasting well. They do carry a warranty and really have great service. Google and chek'em out. I love them. I've run all the name brands and prefer these.

one thing with treadwrights is some states do not allow retreads on the steer axle. PA is one of them. and i would never run retreads on a steer anyway, just a bad idea.

i'm tired of seeing re-threads come apart on the highway:dang:

Most of those retreads are off big trucks that run them way too long or under-inflated, usually not on purpose. Like i said, I've ran these and will continue to run them. I've had more problems out of high-dollar tires than I have from these. Use your own judgement and check laws. MHHO
