Safe levels for smarty jr.

I am currently running sw1 on my smarty jr. I think it is like a 40 horse tune, just curious if it would be risky to turn it up to the second level. I dont have studs and I dont want to blow the head gasket.

i have a smarty jr. too i run mine on sw3 with the highest torque and highest timing available.. i dont have studs yet plan to get them but when i do im going to upgrade to the big smarty.. depends on mileage and the way the trucks been treated throughout its life depending on weather or not you'll have any head gasket trouble..

i run a smarty jr in my 6.7 on torqe setting 3 and timming on three also and the pod is all the way turned up my truck just fine besides the clutch slippage but only at lower rpms at 2,000 an up rpms the clutch holds good never had a problem with the head still running the factory head bolts and gasket for the past two years on the truck
