dpf delete without tuner?
 

i have an 08 6.7 with 38k miles i bought about a month ago, i am looking to get a 5'' tbe and a smarty/h&s tuner (still haven't decided).. i am curious if i will run into any problems running just the exhaust without the tuner for about a month or so? i just dont have the cash right now to buy it all and i really want some noise out of this thing! i will buy the tuner mid- january..

I advise against it. If you do not run the DPF Delete software your truck will go into regen and you will more than likely have to have it reflashed at a dealership. I would wait and do the exhaust and programmer at the same time. And for the tuner I would go with the XRT or Mini Maxx from H&S Performance. We have had the best luck running the H&S products
